Sessions & Fees

Classes are held Monday through Friday mornings. There is a two day per week program for 3 year old children and they MUST be potty trained. There are two, three or five days per week programs for 4 and 5 year old children. We offer a Lunch Special where parents can sign up daily, monthly or as needed so that the child can stay an extra hour during lunch. Beginning with the 2013-2014 school year, this is from 12:00 pm until 12:45 pm. Children bring their own lunch, and this is a good time to develop social skills and enjoy an extra recess.

Lunch with friends

Beginning with the 2013-2014 school year, the half day program is offered from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm. Our school has an open enrollment policy. All children between the ages of 3 to 5 years of age are admitted to our program as long as: The school is able to meet their needs. Space permits. Without regard to race, religion, national origin, sex, parental status, or impairment (in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act). Children are 3 years old by October 1st of the current school year. Children are toilet trained.

We offer an extended care session on Thursdays and Fridays, called Thursday and Friday Fun. This is open to any preschooler enrolled at First Step Preschool and their siblings who are 3 years old and toilet trained through 6 years old. Kindergarten siblings are welcome to join us. You may sign-up on the clipboard located on the wall in the hallway next to the office, or sign-up by phone, starting Monday morning beginning at 9:00 am and no later than Wednesday.
